Supporting learner success throughout delivery

Keeping learners on track requires consistent visibility of progress throughout the programme.

Reviews need to be completed, learning plans need to remain relevant, and providers need to be confident that learners receiving support today are the same learners likely to achieve successfully tomorrow. While these activities are a normal part of delivery, maintaining a clear view across an entire cohort can become increasingly challenging as learner numbers grow and information is generated from multiple sources.

The difficulty is often not a lack of information, but recognising where attention is needed and acting before minor issues become more significant barriers to achievement.

Workflow example: Progress tracking and intervention

Within IQ for Education, learner progress and support activities operate as part of a connected workflow, bringing together:

Rather than treating reviews, learner support and intervention planning as separate activities, information captured throughout delivery contributes to a single view of learner progress.

As patterns begin to emerge, intelligence embedded within the workflow helps surface indicators that may require attention, providing earlier visibility of potential risks and helping providers respond before issues begin to affect learner outcomes.

With intelligence embedded directly into the workflow, activities that once depended on manual monitoring become part of a more connected process. Progress, engagement and support information remain visible throughout delivery, reducing the effort required to identify learners who may benefit from additional intervention.

The result is a more proactive approach to learner support, where interventions are informed by a broader view of learner activity and potential challenges are identified earlier in the programme.
